华康生物医学(08622)发布公告，配售事项的条件经已达成，且已于2024年4月23日完成。配售代理已根据配售协议的条款及条件按配售价每股配售股份0.097港元成功配售合共3100万股配售股份予不少于六名承配人。配售事项的所得款项净额约为296万港元，其拟将用作集团在中国境外经营的一般营运资金。
