LFG投资控股(03938)发布公告，于2024年4月23日，按公司于2019年9月10日通过的书面决议案有条件批准及採纳的购股权计划的条款，向八名董事授出合共680万份购股权，可认购公司股本中合共680万股每股面值0.01港元的股份，惟须待承授人接纳及承授人于接纳购股权时支付1.00港元后，方可作实。于悉数行使后，购股权相当于本公告日期已发行股份总数的约1.68%。购股权的行使价为每股股份0.136港元。
