东原仁知服务(02352)拟2540万元收购上海常青社康养企业约90.73%股权
东原仁知服务(02352)公布，于2024年4月19日，该公司拟向上海迪眩收购上海常青社康养企业发展有限公司约90.73%股权，代价为人民币2540万元。
据悉，目标集团主要于中国从事医疗及养老服务行业，目标集团依托居家社区、机构养老、护理康复机构和专科机构四大养老产品，重点布局中高端机构养老和社区居家养老项目，现阶段运营养老机构项目逾12个，管理社区服务站点50余个，运营床位规模逾2,000张，用户数量达20,000多人。目标公司于2020年4月成立，主要从事(其中包括)健康咨询服务及清洗以及消毒服务。
董事认为，凭借集团为医院、医疗设施、住宅小区提供服务的经验，以及不断增加的管理项目及管理面积，可以增加目标公司在社区养老、机构养老及健康膳食等方面更多的市场机会，同时依托目标公司医养服务能力，集团能够进一步与民政及卫生健康委等部门达成深度战略合作，运用现有知识多元化收入来源，并将继续致力于实现集团业务增长。董事认为，收购目标公司将有助于集团的长期稳定增长并为股东创造更好的回报。
