九毛九(09922)拟于市场上进行股份购回
九毛九(09922)发布公告，其已于2024年4月19日议决行使根据公司股东于2023年6月2日举行的公司股东周年大会上通过的决议案授予董事会的一般授权(购回授权)项下的权力，以按最高总金额1亿港元不时于公开市场购回公司股份(建议股份购回)。
根据购回授权，董事会可于香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)购回不超过批准购回授权的普通决议案当日(即2023年6月2日)已发行股份总数10%的股份。
