中华银科技(00515)拟折让约16.28%配售合共3.3亿股 净筹约3314万港元
中华银科技(00515)发布公告，于2024年4月19日(交易时段后)，公司与认购人订立认购协议，据此，公司已有条件同意配发及发行，而认购人已同意认购合共3.3亿股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.108港元，较股份于认购协议日期在联交所所报的收市价每股股份0.129港元折让约16.28%。
认购事项的所得款项净额预期约为3314万港元。
