东正金融(02718)将于4月29日除牌
东正金融(02718)发布公告，于2024年4月12日，公司收到联交所发出的函件，当中表示联交所上市委员会认定公司未能于2024年4月6日复牌截止日期前履行复牌指引，并决定根据上市规则第6.01A条取消公司股份的上市地位。
函件中指出，除非公司根据上市规则第2B章下的权利申请覆核除牌决定，否则股份的上市地位将自2024年4月29日(取消上市地位日期)上午九时正起取消(取消上市地位)。
经考虑公司的事实及情况后，公司无意根据其在上市规则第2B章下的权利申请覆核除牌决定。
