枫叶教育(01317)发盈警，预期中期股东应占亏损不少于4000万元 同比盈转亏
枫叶教育(01317)发布公告，与截至2023年2月28日止6个月(2023年6个月)相比，集团预期截至2024年2月29日止6个月取得收入(2023年6个月：约人民币5.75亿元)及毛利(2023年6个月：约人民币2.41亿元)分别不少于10%及30%的增加;及股东应占亏损不少于人民币4000万元(2023年6个月：股东应占溢利约人民币1550万元)。根据可得资料，董事会认为股东应占溢利转为股东应占亏损主要是由于以下事项的净影响：收入增加被汇兑亏损净额及2024年6个月融资成本增加的影响所抵销。
然而，仅就说明用途而言，集团预期取得经调整EBITDA减少不超过5.0%(2023年6个月：约人民币2.62亿元)，主要由于融资成本增加、投资物业及物业、校舍及设备折旧增加、无形资产、使用权资产及租赁用书本摊销减少，以及以股份付款减少及可换股债券公平值变动产生的亏损增加的净影响所致。公司认为，将非国际财务报告准则计量从上期财务报告中的经调整纯利变更为本期的经调整EBITDA，将向投资者提供更多有关公司经营业绩的资料。
