金源氢化(02502)就股份全流通完成向中国证监会的备案
金源氢化(02502)发布公告，针对申请股份全流通，公司已于2024年4月19日收到中国证监会发出的日期为2024年4月18日的备案通知书。备案通知书自发出之日起12个月内有效。
公司所有现有未上市股份持有人已决定参与该计划，并已授权批准转换其持有的未上市股份为H股，据此，公司代为将合计不超过7.17亿未上市股份转换为可在联交所主板上市及买卖的H股。
公司董事会已通过议案实施该转换。待公司完成该转换所需其他前置程序后，该转换将尽快进行。
集团是河南省加氢苯基化学品及能源产品的供应商，主要专注于(i)生产及加工加氢苯基化学品(主要包括纯苯、甲苯及二甲苯);(ii)生产及加工能源产品(包括液化天然气及煤气);及(iii)氢气提纯及营运加氢站。公司认为参与该计划对公司及其股东有积极影响。于该转换完成后，公司H股流通股比及流通市值将获得提升，公司H股的股东结构将进一步多元化，公司的形象及声誉亦将因实施该转换而受益。该转换将使得公司及其股东联系更为紧密，并推动公司价值提升和持续发展。
