华控康泰(01312)：黄俞由执行董事调任为非执行董事
华控康泰(01312)发布公告，黄俞先生(黄先生)因其他工作承担已由公司执行董事调任为非执行董事，自2024年4月19日起生效。彼将同时不再担任集团行政总裁以及董事会执行委员会及董事会股份交易委员会各自的成员。
于2024年4月16日，公司收到深圳市华融泰资产管理有限公司(深圳市华融泰)的函件(提议通知)，要求根据组织章程细则尽快召开及举行公司特别股东大会，以供考虑及酌情通过决议案，以委任王飞飞先生、乔琳娜女士、郭姿秀女士及刘剑焜先生为执行董事;及委任邓丽华博士、何昊洺博士及姚小民先生为独立非执行董事，于有关普通决议案获通过后即时生效(如获通过)。
