港股异动 | 微创医疗(00853)跌超4% 近期获高瓴有条件纾困 长期债务问题或依旧艰难
微创医疗(00853)跌超4%，年内股价已累跌超37%。截至发稿，跌4.17%，报5.28港元，成交额2035.97万港元。
消息面上，微创医疗此前宣布，获得来自高瓴等的1.5亿美元（超10亿人民币）可换股定期贷款融资。根据协议，微创医疗承诺在2024年底前亏损不超过2.75亿美元，2025年中亏损不超过1亿美元，2025年底亏损不超过5500万美元，2026年中盈利不少于4500万美元，2026年底盈利不少于9000万美元。
野村认为，1.5亿美元行使价7.46港元，同时公司必须达到绩效目标。否则，将需要提前偿还高瓴资本5000万美元的贷款。该行认为，短期内情况或有好转，但长期而言依旧艰难。财报显示，微创医疗2023年全年亏损6.49亿美元，亏损程度再扩大10.4%。连续亏损4年，期末现金及等价物仅10.19亿美元。
