港股异动 | 六福集团(00590)现跌超4% 高基数叠加金价急升 第四财季整体同店销售跌5%
六福集团(00590)现跌超4%，月内累跌逾17%。截至发稿，跌4.33%，报17.68港元，成交额1341.83万港元。
消息面上，六福集团发布截至3月31日止的2024财年第四季度的零售销售表现。第四季整体同店销售跌5%，黄金产品及定价首饰产品的同店销售分别增长4%及下跌24%。集团2024财年第四季整体零售值按年上升5%，并超越2019财年同季水平逾五成。整体零售收入则增长12%，对比2019财年有逾一成升幅。若不计算香港资源集团的零售数字，集团第四季整体零售值及零售收入按年升幅分别为1%及7%。
公告称，中国香港、中国澳门与内地于2023财年第四季全面通关后逐步复常，并出现报复性消费现象，尤其3月份，因此第四季为本财年基数最高的季度，加上全球央行宽松货币政策预期及增持黄金储备，叠加地缘政治持续紧张等因素，令金价于3月急升并屡创新高，削弱消费情绪，引致3月份销售放缓，再加上汇率持续下跌，影响整季表现。
