吉利拟出清沃尔沃B类股，交易价值13亿美元
浙江吉利控股集团周四宣布，拟出清所持汽车制造商沃尔沃集团B类股，以斯德哥尔摩市场收盘价计算，本次交易总价值为144.6亿瑞典克朗（13.2亿美元）。
吉利周四在声明中表示，此次出售“符合其长期战略”。B类股出清后，吉利仍将是沃尔沃的第二大投资者，持有8,850万A类股。吉利今年1月份减持了沃尔沃的股份，并在去年11月出售了部分沃尔沃持股。
“吉利控股此次战略调整以及把沃尔沃集团纳入其汽车制造和投资组合，是集团风险管理和多元化投资战略的一部分，”该公司表示。
交易条款显示，吉利通过美银证券、高盛欧洲和巴克莱出售4,950万股。根据交易条款，本次出售中沃尔沃B股的指引价为每股285.9瑞典克朗，较收盘价低逾2%。
沃尔沃在周三报告的第一季度营运利润超出分析师的预期，因为该公司通过提高价格抵消了订单减少的影响。目前沃尔沃已经减少生产，因为需求回归到更典型的水平，而此前受到疫情相关干扰。该公司股价今年已上涨12%。
