HYGIEIA GROUP(01650)拟3420万港元收购东星生活便利店(深圳)有限公司的51%股权
HYGIEIA GROUP(01650)公布，于2024年4月18日，该公司拟向东星控股(武汉)有限公司收购东星生活便利店(深圳)有限公司的51%股权，代价为3420万港元，将于完成后透过发行可换股票据支付，票据初步转换价为每股转换股份0.09港元。
据悉，目标公司主要从事经营东星生活便利店品牌的综合便利店及提供电子商务╱线上便利店服务。于本公告日期，目标公司拥有一间非全资附属公司武汉天玄贸易有限公司。
董事会经考虑中国消费支出的增加趋势及卖方提供的溢利保证，董事会相信，收购事项为集团提供宝贵商机以拓展其业务及多元化其收益来源。
