弘业期货(03678)：弘苏实业因司法强制执行而减持公司股份1344万股A股
弘业期货(03678)发布公告，该公司近日获悉，弘苏实业因司法强制执行而透过大宗交易减持公司股份超过1%，且执行所涉股份的过半已处置，有关详情载列如下：
于2024年4月10日至2024年4月17日期间，弘苏实业持有的1344万股A股(占公司已发行股本总额约1.33%)已由弘苏实业处置(股份减持)。于股份减持前，弘苏实业合共持有1.22亿股A股，占公司已发行股本总额的约12.11%。紧随股份减持后，弘苏实业合共持有1.09亿股A股，占公司已发行股本总额的约10.78%。
股份减持并无违反《中华人民共和国证券法》、《上市公司收购管理办法》及其他相关法律、行政法规、部门规章、规范性文件及深圳证券交易所的业务规则。
