ALCO HOLDINGS(00328)发布公告，上会栢诚会计师事务所有限公司已辞任公司核数师，自2024年4月18日起生效，此乃由于公司与上会栢诚未能就截至2024年3月31日止年度之审核费用达成共识。
经审核委员会作出推荐建议后，董事会进一步宣布高岭会计师有限公司已获委任为公司新任核数师，自2024年4月18日起生效，以填补上会栢诚辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至公司下一届股东周年大会结束为止。
