丝路物流控股(00988)：上市复核委员会决定维持除牌决定 股份将自4月23日起取消上市
丝路物流控股(00988)发布公告，公司收到一份联交所日期为2024年4月10日的函件，当中联交所上市复核委员会决定根据上市规则第6.01A条维持除牌决定以取消股份的上市。
联交所上市复核委员会已考虑以下因素以达致上市复核委员会决定，其中包括：于补救期于2023年11月24日到期时，公司未能证明其符合上市规则第13.24条的规定;由于利润率低加上持续的重大债务，近期的收入增加未能使公司业务由亏转盈;及对于公司能否达致预期的收入增加及公司业务的盈利能力会否改善(包括融资能力，乃为达成若干条件的主要因素)仍有重大不确定性。
联交所已知会公司，股份最后上市日期为2024年4月22日，股份将自2024年4月23日上午九时正起取消上市。
