中国波顿(03318)现涨超36%，截至发稿，涨36.09%，报2.3港元，成交额571.72万港元。
消息面上，中国波顿公布，全资子公司深圳波顿接获深圳南山区政府部门通知，称当局拟征收由深圳波顿拥有的一幅深圳土地，用于建设高速铁路枢纽及相关工程。深圳波顿正就补偿方案与相关部门进行讨论及磋商，将适时再作公告。
天风证券此前指出，自2022年10月1日电子烟国标落地以来，国内电子烟生产销售体系已正式进入合规化时代，此外税收体系的落地进一步确立了电子烟产品的合法身份，未来有望对国内烟草利税做到补充和增量。随着国内外监管的相继明朗化，将有效推高行业门槛，集中度提升，产业链竞争格局逐步优化，行业将有望进入新的合规化发展阶段。该行认为，随着国内监管的落地，公司产业链一体化布局优势突出，有望进一步推动国内外的渠道网络布局。
