鸿盛昌资源(01850)发布公告，有关公司拟以配售价每股配售股份0.56港元配售最多2880万股配售股份。于2024年4月18日，公司与配售代理书面协定将配售价修订为每股配售股份0.63港元。因此，假设最多2880万股配售股份悉数获配售，所得款项总额及所得款项净额预计分别约为1814.4万港元及1744.4万港元。
