洪九果品(06689)委聘中汇为新核数师
洪九果品(06689)发布公告，董事会宣布其已根据审计委员会的推荐建议决议委聘中汇安达会计师事务所有限公司(中汇)作为公司新核数师，以于公司完成委聘程序后填补毕马威会计师事务所辞任后产生的临时空缺。中汇的委任待股东于公司股东大会上批准后，方告作实，并将任职至下届股东周年大会结束为止。
于2024年4月17日，调查委员会委任致同咨询服务有限公司(致同咨询)为调查顾问，负责调查该等事宜。
于2024年4月17日，调查委员会已决议委任信永方略风险管理有限公司(信永方略风险管理)为公司内部控制顾问，负责对集团的内部控制政策及程序进行独立内部控制审查，重点审查该等事宜，并提供相应的纠正建议，以完善集团的内部控制系统(如有)(内部控制审查)。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
