英皇国际(00163)建议修订金融服务协议期限内的年度上限
英皇国际(00163)发布公告，为规管英皇资本集团向英皇集团上市成员(包括集团)提供广泛的金融服务，于2021年6月22日，公司(作为签约方之一)已与英皇资本订立2021年金融服务协议，期限由2021年10月1日至2024年9月30日，随后，为继续该等相若金融服务，2021年金融服务协议已获重续，并且已与英皇资本订立2024年金融服务协议，期限由2024年10月1日至2027年9月30日。
随着于2024年4月12日订立有限合伙协议以成立物业资产投资基金后，董事会预期集团使用金融服务的需求将增加，尤其是财富管理及资产管理服务。因此，公司建议修订金融服务协议期限内的年度上限。
截至2025年3月31日止6个月、截至2026年及2027年3月31日止12个月，截至2027年9月30日止6个月，应付英皇资本集团之服务费的建议年度上限分别为1500万港元、3000万港元、3000万港元、1500万港元。
