三爱健康集团(01889)拟2200万港元出售Zentrogene Bioscience Laboratory Limited 59%股权
三爱健康集团(01889)公布，于2024年4月17日，该公司全资附属三爱国际投资有限公司拟向Merit Investment Holding Limited出售Zentrogene Bioscience Laboratory Limited全部已发行股本的59%，代价为2200万港元，以现金结付。
据悉，目标公司为公司的间接全资附属公司，主要从事提供( 其中包括 )基因检测及分子生物诊断服务。目标公司于香港经营一家拥有所需牌照的实验室，提供无创产前诊断、肿瘤基因筛查、DNA检测及亲子鉴定等服务。
董事会于检讨目标公司的业绩及战略定位后认为，部分剥离将使管理层能够将精力及资源重新分配于核心医药业务上。此次剥离亦将为集团提供额外的营运资金。
