鸿盛昌资源(01850)拟折让约20%配股 最高净筹约1548.8万港元
鸿盛昌资源(01850)公布，于2024年4月17日，该公司拟透过配售代理以每股配售股份0.56港元向承配人配售最多2880万股配售股份，占扩大后股本约16.67%，配售价较2024年4月17日收市价每股0.70港元折让约20%。
公告称，配售最高净筹约1548.8万港元，拟用作偿还银行及其他借贷、清偿外部债务以及集团的一般营运资金。
