上置集团(01207)公布2023年中期业绩，收入约1.46亿元，同比增长37.89%;公司股东应占亏损约4.09亿元，同比扩大约1.78倍;每股基本亏损1.99分。
公告称，亏损有所增加主要是由于尽管物业销售、出租及经营收入较上年度有所改善，但快速变现若干物业却导致毛利率下降;有息负债增加导致利息支出同比有所增加;及结合市场行情对个别合营企业的投资计提减值拨备。
