洪九果品(06689)拟提名黄华为非职工代表监事候选人
洪九果品(06689)发布公告，公司非职工代表监事吴迪先生(吴先生」、黄华先生(黄先生)以及职工代表监事陈向曾先生(陈先生)因个人工作安排调整，辞去公司监事的职务，其中，吴先生、陈先生的辞任自2024年4月17日起生效，黄先生的辞任自补选新任非职工代表监事经临时股东大会上以普通决议案方式审议通过后生效;黄先生、陈先生辞任监事职务后仍在公司担任其他职位。
为保证监事会正常运转，监事会拟提名公司现任法务中心总监黄华先生作为非职工代表监事候选人，任期自临时股东大会上以普通决议案方式审议通过之日起至第四届监事会任期届满之日止。
