博骏教育(01758)发盈喜 预计中期取得纯利约350万元至430万元 同比扭亏为盈
博骏教育(01758)发布公告，与截至2023年2月28日止六个月取得的净亏损约人民币780万元相比，预期集团于截至2024年2月29日止六个月取得纯利约人民币350万元至人民币430万元。
董事会认为，将净亏损扭转为纯利主要由于(i)在2023年8月31日收购完成后将两所职业学校的财务业绩综合入账，导致截至2024年2月29日止六个月的收益较截至2023年2月28日止六个月大幅增加约400%;及(ii)彭州博骏学校免除集团结欠彭州博骏学校约人民币1900万元债务的一次性收益。
