越秀交通基建(01052)公布，自2024年4月17日起，李锋先生辞任执行董事及董事会主席。彼辞任后，亦不再为提名委员会及环境、社会及管治委员会各自的主席以及薪酬委员会成员;李锋先生不再为授权代表及法律程序文件代理人。刘艳女士获委任为执行董事及董事会主席、提名委员会及环境、社会及管治委员会各自的主席以及薪酬委员会成员;刘艳女士进一步获委任为授权代表及法律程序文件代理人。
