宝宝树集团(01761)就投资管理协议若干纠纷向香港国际仲裁中心提交针对投资经理的仲裁通知
宝宝树集团(01761)发布公告，于2023年11月，依据该公司与尚乘环球(现称为 orientiert XYZ Securities Limited，“投资经理”)订立的投资管理协议条款，该公司已向投资经理发出书面通知终止投资管理协议，并指示投资经理归还投资管理协议项下的本金及相关应计收益。公司持续与投资经理就前述事项进行沟通和协商。于2024年4月17日，由于该公司和投资经理未能解决有关前述事项的歧义，作为保护公司资产的措施，公司就有关投资管理协议若干纠纷向香港国际仲裁中心提交针对投资经理的仲裁通知，诉请(其中包括)确认终止投资管理协议及投资经理向本公司返还该协议项下全部管理资产。
