中国光大水务(01857)拟发行本金为20亿元的资产支持证券
中国光大水务(01857)发布公告，公司建议发行本金为人民币20亿元的资产支持证券。发行价格将按资产支持证券的面值发行，即人民币100元╱份。
董事会认为，建议发行资产支持证券将补充公司及其附属公司的营运资金，有助于优化集团的融资结构并将财务成本保持在合理水平。
