中国派对文化(01532)发布公告，于2024年4月17日(交易时段后)，公司与独家配售代理订立配售协议，据此，公司已经委任独家配售代理，按尽力基准促成不少于六名承配人认购最多2.96亿股配售股份，有关价格为每股配售股份0.08港元。配售价较：股份于2024年4月17日(即配售协议日期)在联交所所报的收市价每股0.083港元折让约3.6%。
假设最高数目的配售股份获悉数配售，所得款项净额将约为2310万港元。
