东风集团股份(00489)获控股股东东风汽车公司增持316万股H股股份
东风集团股份(00489)发布公告，于2024年4月17日，公司控股股东东风汽车集团有限公司通过港股通管道以平均价格2.77港元收购公司316万股H股股份。紧随上述增持后，东风汽车公司于本公告日直接及间接持有公司股份增至60.78亿股，占所发行总股数约73.40%。其中持有公司内资股57.6亿股，占公司发行总股份约69.56%，持有公司H股3.18亿股，占公司发行总股份约3.84%。
基于对公司前景的信心及长期投资价值的认可，东风汽车公司将适时地继续增持公司H股。
