MAYER HOLDINGS(01116)接获联交所额外复牌指引 继续停牌
MAYER HOLDINGS(01116)发布公告，于2024年4月12日，公司接获联交所函件，当中载列股份于联交所恢复买卖的两项额外指引：
1.证明监管当局对管理层诚信及/或对公司管理及营运有重大影响力的人士没有任何会为投资者带来风险及损害市场信心的合理疑虑。
2.进行独立内部监控审查，并证明公司设有充足内部控制及程序符合《上市规则》。
于2024年4月17日，公司委任中汇安达风险管理有限公司(内部控制顾问)为其独立专业顾问，就识别公司内部控制的任何不足之处进行全面审查，并就改善公司内部控制及确保遵守《上市规则》提出建议。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
