3月CPI终值2.4% 欧元区通胀稳步下滑
欧元区3月CPI终值符合预期，较2月的2.6%进一步降温，服务业仍是阻碍通胀下滑最大因素。
4月17日周三，欧盟统计局公布3月CPI终值，调和CPI从2月的2.6%降至2.4%，符合市场预期的2.4%，而一年前的通胀率则高达6.9%。
剔除食品和能源的3月核心CPI终值2.9%，符合预期，环比为0.8%，与初值和预期一致。
数据发布后，欧元兑美元小幅走低，现报1.0638。
从细分板块看，3月对欧元区年度通胀率贡献最大的是服务业，增长1.76%，其次是食品、烟酒增长0.53个百分点、非能源工业品增长0.30个百分点以及能源下滑0.16 个百分点。
分国家来看，13个成员国的通胀环比下滑，其中德国、法国通胀率增速有所下滑，西班牙、意大利通胀率有所回升。
通胀持续下滑给了降息更多理由，欧洲央行管委、法国央行行长Francois Villeroy de Galhau周二表示：
除非出现重大冲击和意外情况，否则我们应该会在6月初决定首次降息，然后以务实、灵活的渐进主义方式继续降息，而且我们显然会关注中东事态发展可能产生的后果。
