港股异动 | KEEP(03650)涨超6% 机构认为AI赋能下 公司会员留存与转化有望进一步提升
KEEP(03650)涨超6%，截止发稿涨6.26%，报5.94港元，成交额6362万港元。
消息面上，Keep近期动作频频，3月27日召开全新版本发布会，宣布加码户外与AI领域，此外3月28日公布2023年全年业绩报告，财报显示，2023年经调整净亏损同比大幅缩减至2.95亿元，毛利连续三年稳定提升，实现了45%的稳健毛利率。在业务探索与业绩信心双重利好下，Keep股价持续攀升。
德邦证券发布报告认为，Keep作为全国最大的线上健身平台，在内容获客及会员变现方面优势逐渐凸显，当前会员渗透率达到10.7%，预计在优质内容完善、户外场景拓展、AI赋能下，会员留存与转化有望进一步提升。而在消费品变现方面，公司已逐步搭建其智能健身设备及配套产品矩阵，随消费情绪回流线上，有望带动24年消费品业务取得改善。该行预计公司2024~2026年实现营收23.15/25.51/28.37亿元，分别同增8.3%/10.2%/11.2%。
