圣诺医药-B(02257)：Sirnaomics用于治疗原位鳞状细胞癌的STP705的进一步研发获得FDA的具体指导建议
圣诺医药-B(02257)发布公告，公司已获得美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)关于其用于进一步研发治疗原位鳞状细胞癌(isSCC)的新型siRNA疗法STP705所要求的 C类会议的书面答复。
所要求的C类会议的目的是获得FDA对拟议的非临床和临床开发计画的建议和意见，为治疗isSCC的II/III期及III期临床作准备。针对公司的建议以及与相关非临床及临床设计有关的问题，FDA已为非临床及临床、对拟议的II/III期及III期临床的修订，以及在候选药物STP705中使用两种活性成分所需的进一步论证提供明确的具体指导建议。目前，公司已根据FDA的指导建议启动了所需的临床前。
