华润建材科技(01313)发布公告，该公司拟于2024年4月22日在中国银行间债券市场建议发行2024年度第一期中期票据(可持续挂钩)(2024年度第一期中期票据)。2024年度第一期中期票据发行金额为人民币10亿元，发行期限为3年，票面利率将由集中簿记建档、集中配售结果确定。2024年度第一期中期票据募集到的资金用于偿还公司及其附属公司的境内银行借款。
