中关村科技租赁(01601)就泥水分离设备等订立采购及融资租赁协议
中关村科技租赁(01601)公布，于2024年4月16日，该公司作为买方与供应商I及承租人II订立采购协议III，据此，公司向供应商I购买租赁资IV，购买价款为人民币2800万元;及公司作为出租人与承租人II订立融资租赁协议IV，据此，公司向承租人II出租租赁资产IV，租赁期为60个月，总租赁款项为约人民币2433.77万元，包括融资租赁本金为人民币2000万元，及融资租赁利息收入(含增值税)约为人民币433.77万元。
据悉，租赁资产IV为泥水分离设备等，公允价值约为人民币2800万元。
