鹰瞳科技-B(02251)附属拟出资2.50亿元与温州鹿丰及民生股权基金成立合伙企业
鹰瞳科技-B(02251)发布公告，于2024年4月16日，上海众佑(公司全资附属公司)与温州鹿丰及民生股权基金就成立合伙企业订立合伙协议。全体合伙人根据合伙协议承诺的资本总额为人民币5亿元，其中上海众佑承诺出资人民币2.50亿元。
据悉，合伙企业名称为温州鹿鸣私募基金管理合伙企业(有限合伙)。合伙企业应进行适用法律允许的股权或其他形式的投资，主要针对生命科学、医疗保健服务、智慧医疗及人工智能等领域。经合伙人一致同意，合伙企业可根据国家及行业政策调整其投资范围及策略。
公告称，由于公司专注于运用人工智能技术为慢性眼底疾病和眼科疾病的早期检测、诊断以及健康风险评估提供全方位的解决方案，同时也涵盖近视预防和视力训练等眼健康管理服务，故公司一直不断寻求生命科学、医疗保健及人工智能领域的投资机会。投资于合伙企业符合集团的业务及发展战略，可帮助公司发现潜在的合作伙伴或收购目标，并带来优质项目机会储备。通过投资于合伙企业，公司将能够拓宽其投资渠道并获得投资回报。
