德银天下(02418)附属拟向陕重汽提供总价为1710.62万元的动力电池系统及换电系统
德银天下(02418)发布公告，于2024年4月16日，公司全资附属公司通汇与陕重汽签订租赁合同。据此，通汇向陕重汽承租土地、房屋及设备，总租金为人民币1244.63万元(含税)。
于同日，通汇与陕重汽签订工业品买卖合同。据此，通汇向陕重汽提供总价为人民币1710.62万元(不含税)的动力电池系统及换电系统。
公告称，陕重汽为通汇的长期合作客户，双方合作良好，为便于业务开展，通汇扎根陕汽工业园生产基地，向陕重汽租赁土地、房屋及设备。订立租赁合同乃基于集团整体战略布局和业务拓展的需要，符合集团长期发展战略，将有助于集团开展供应链体系仓配、运输及各类增值服务，促进集团长远、健康发展。工业品买卖合同的条款，包括工业品买卖合同内物料总价、结算方式和其他条款乃由订约方参考同类型产品的现行市场价格及同类型企业交易习惯，并经公平磋商后厘定。通汇为集团新能源项目组核心参与成员，承担集团新能源业务销售模式创新中的电池总成装配业务。陕重汽为通汇的长期合作客户，双方合作良好。因此订立工业品买卖合同符合集团长期发展战略，将有助于集团拓宽业务渠道，开创新的领域，提升集团竞争力，促进集团长远、健康发展。
