福森药业(01652)附属拟与中企联合创新(北京)科技发展及青岛启集电子科技订立有限合伙协议
福森药业(01652)发布公告，于2024年4月16日，公司的间接全资附属公司河南福森(作为有限合伙人A)与普通合伙人与有限合伙人B就成立有限合伙企业订立有限合伙协议。河南福森的资本承担总额为人民币8500万元，将以集团内部资源拨付。有限合伙企业将从事投资业务，参与投资不同的潜在医药相关企业或项目。
有限合伙企业名称：深圳京合产业创新投资合伙企业(有限合伙)，中企联合创新(北京)科技发展有限公司，作为普通合伙人，占有限合伙企业权益8%;河南福森占有限合伙企业权益68%;青岛启集电子科技有限公司，作为有限合伙人B，占有限合伙企业权益24%。
公告称，集团主要于中国及中国香港从事制造及销售药品。集团致力探索多元化发展业务的潜在投资机会，旨在产生收益及分散股东回报来源。董事会相信，成立有限合伙企业为集团提供良机，为开拓不同医药相关企业或项目的投资作好准备，并利用普通合伙人的专业投资管理知识，为集团带来最大投资回报。
