蜡笔小新食品(01262.HK)拟按“10并1”基准合并股份
格隆汇4月15日丨蜡笔小新食品(01262.HK)公告，董事局建议按以下方式实行股本重组：进行股份合并，据此每十(10)股每股面值0.05美元的已发行及未发行现有股份将合并为一(1)股每股面值0.5美元的合并股份；现有股份以每手买卖单位1,000股现有股份于联交所买卖。待股本重组生效后，于联交所的每手买卖单位拟由1,000股现有股份更改为2,000股新股份。
