天韵国际控股(06836)：香港证监会暂停公司股份交易
天韵国际控股(06836)发布公告，证券及期货事务监察委员会已于2024年4月12日发出证券及期货(在证券市场上市)规则(香港法例第571V)第8(1)条的指示，自2024年4月15日9:00a.m.起暂停公司股份的交易，原因在于证监会认为:(i)截至2019年12月31日止年度、2020年12月31日及2021年12月31日止年度的公司年报/业绩，以及截至2022年6月30日止六个月的中期报告/业绩载有重大虚假、不完整或具误导性的资料;(ii)就公司的股份维持有序且公平的市场，为属必要或权宜;及(iii)此等做法，符合公众投资者利益或公众利益，或为保护公众投资者或该公司股份的投资者的利益而言，为之合适。
基于董事会初步审核的资料，集团现时持有的银行结余有约人民币110万元。公司可根据证券市场上市规则第9(1)条，就第8(1)条指示向证监会作出申述。公司现正就第8(1)条指示谘询律师意见，并将适当时进一步刊发公告。
