博华太平洋(01076)被法院颁令清盘 继续停牌
博华太平洋(01076)发布公告，于2024年4月5日，高等法院在HCCW408/2023号案件中，根据《公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例》(香港法例第32章)的规定，颁令将该公司清盘，破产管理署署长因其职位成为该公司的临时清盘人。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
