中国储能科技发展(01143)拟折让约15%配售最多1126万股 净筹约1750万港元
中国储能科技发展(01143)发布公告，于2024年4月15日(交易时段后)，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，公司已有条件同意透过配售代理按竭诚尽力基准以每股配售股份1.59港元的配售价配售最多1126万股配售股份予不少于6名承配人(彼等及彼等的最终实益拥有人须为独立第三方)。
配售价为每股配售股份1.59港元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报收市价每股1.87港元折让约15%。
配售股份的最高数目相当于公司于本公告日期的现有已发行股本约5.8%;及公司经配发及发行配售股份而扩大的已发行股本约5.4%(假设自本公告日期起至完成止本公司已发行股本概无变动)。
假设全部1126万股配售股份于完成时获悉数认购，则配售事项所得款项总额合计将约为1790万港元，而配售事项所得款项净额合计将约为1750万港元，即每股配售股份的净发行价约为1.59港元。
公司拟将配售事项的全部所得款项净额用作以下用途：约690万港元用于开发电动汽车专用可再生能源充电解决方案;及约1060万港元用作集团营运资金。
