联合集团(00373)发布截至2023年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入76.19亿港元，同比减少24.41%;公司股东应占亏损1.25亿港元，同比减少89.73%;每股亏损0.04港元。
公告称，收入下跌主要归因于天安中国投资有限公司(天安)。天安的收入减少的主要原因是去年未有新的重大发展项目竣工并已移交给客户引致收入确认减少，以及中国内地房地产市场低迷引致物业销售减少。
公司已向联交所申请自2024年4月16日上午九时正起于联交所恢复公司股份买卖。
