广发证券(01776)发布公告，根据吉林敖东药业集团股份有限公司、辽宁成大股份有限公司、中山公用事业集团股份有限公司和董事会分别提名，并于2024年4月15日，公司第十届董事会第三十四次会议通过决议，建议将李秀林、尚书志、郭敬谊、林传辉、孙晓燕、秦力和肖雪生作为公司第十一届董事会非独立董事候选人，并提交公司2023年股东周年大会上选举。其中：(1)李秀林、尚书志和郭敬谊为非执行董事候选人;及(2)林传辉、孙晓燕、秦力和肖雪生为执行董事候选人。
公司收到吉林敖东、辽宁成大和中山公用的《提名函》，分别提名张闯、王大树和黎文靖作为公司第十一届董事会独立董事候选人。本届董事会提名梁硕玲作为独立董事候选人。公司第十届董事会第三十四次会议通过审议，建议将上述四名╱作为独立董事候选人，并提交股东周年大会上选举。
根据吉林敖东、辽宁成大和中山公用分别提名，于2024年4月15日，公司第十届监事会第二十次会议通过决议，建议提名王振宇、郑春美和周飞媚作为公司第十一届监事会股东代表监事候选人，并提交股东周年大会上审议。
