洲际船务(02409)拟斥资6460万美元购买两艘船舶
洲际船务(02409)公布，于2024年4月15日(联交所交易时段后)，买方(公司的间接全资附属公司Seacon Shipping Pte. Ltd.)与卖方福建东南造船有限公司订立两份造船合约，据此，买方同意向卖方购买两艘船舶，总代价为6460万美元。
其中，1号船，一艘将予建造并预计于2025年12月31日交付的18,500 dwt化学品船╱油轮;2号船，一艘将予建造并预计于2026年3月31日交付的18,500 dwt化学品船╱油轮。
