弥明生活百货(08473)发布公告，于2024年4月15日，该公司的直接全资附属公司Rosy Horizon透过Nomura Singapore Limited认购该等新Nomura理财产品，总额约 20.1万美元(就一项产品);118.9万澳元(就两项产品);及8000万日圆(就一项产品)。
公司就库存管理目的而认购该等Nomura理财产品，目的是最大限度地利用从其业务营运中获得的现金盈余，以期在保持高流动性及合理风险水平的同时实现平衡收益。考虑到(其中包括)该等Nomura理财产品的风险评估及预期收益率，公司认为有关认购为集团所带来的回报将较商业银行一般提供的存款回报更佳，就长远而言可增加公司的整体盈利。公司将更密切及更有效监察及管理有关认购。
