旷世控股(01925)完成出售宁波万维的全部股权
旷世控股(01925)公布，股权转让协议项下出售事项的所有先决条件已获达成，公司间接全资附属宁波旷世完成向旷世投资出售宁波万维的全部股权，代价为人民币4700万元。
为使该集团于出售事项完成后继续使用现由 该集团占用的该物业的有关部分作为办公物业，于2024年4月15日，宁波香薰与宁波万维的指定代理宁波旷世网贸园订立租赁协议(宁波香薰)，租用租赁物业一，用作办公场所;及宁波旷世与宁波万维的指定代理宁波旷世网贸园订立租赁协议(宁波旷世)，租用租赁物业二，用作办公场所。
