中国有色矿业(01258)完成配售1.63亿股销售股份 净筹约9.72亿港元
中国有色矿业(01258)发布公告，配售事项及认购事项分别于2024年4月10日及2024年4月15日完成。合共1.63亿股销售股份已按配售价每股销售股份6.0港元成功配售予不少于六名承配人。
此外，所有认购条件已获达成，而认购事项已于2024年4月15日完成。卖方已按认购价每股认购股份6.0港元认购合共1.63亿股认购股份(相等于根据配售事项获成功配售的销售股份数目)。认购股份相当于认购事项完成后经扩大已发行股份总数约4.18%。
公司自认购事项收取的所得款项净额合共约9.716亿港元，并拟将认购事项所得款项净额主要用于项目建设工作以用于增加主要位于卢安夏、刚波夫和谦比希等地矿山的铜精矿生产能力;潜在矿产资源的收购;及补充集团的一般性营运资金。
