中科生物(01237)授出390万股奖励股份
中科生物(01237)发布公告，于2024年4月15日，公司根据股份奖励计划的条款向僱员参与者(“承授人”)授出涉及新股份的390万股奖励股份(须待承授人接纳)，占于本公布日期已发行股份总数约4.23% 及经发行及配发奖励股份扩大后的已发行股份总数约4.06%。
董事会认为向承授人授出可激励承授人并将允许集团为其持续营运及发展吸引、保留及激励人才。向承授人授出乃表彰彼等于集团的持续支持且彼等的努力将有助于集团的日后发展。此外，集团授出以激励承授人，将不会产生任何实际现金流出。
